The globally appreciated firm Apple revealed its new creative item – Apple iPad mini – later this Tuesday into the highly competitive tablet market. It seems a bit sexy with the apple’s monogram as it is comparatively 7.2mm thick and surprisingly weighs about 308 grams. It was amazing to see Apple announce a much lighter and fast processing tablet which is handy by the way because it actually a pocket tablet.
iPad Mini has the same features as its predecessor (which was released in March this year) but it seems it will give much needed sales to this creative tech giant firm because of its handy size. It costs about $329 in U.S and about £269 in the U.K. Although, it was too soon of Apple to decide to release the ‘smaller’ version of the original iPad tablet, as the critics quote, and apparently it definitely is a kick in the face. Those who bought the bigger iPad are now in awe to hear about the laun/ch of this sexy offspring.
On the other hand, Google’s Nexus, Amazon’s Kindle Fire HD (16GB for £159 & 32GB for £199) and the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 ($500) have been recently launched; however, experts say iPad Mini will achieve much higher sales in contrast to its rivals.
Equipped with an A5 processor, 1024×768 resolution & embedded with the latest iOS 6, the iPad Mini is 23% slimmer and 52% lighter than the iPad 3G. With a front camera of 1.2MP and a 5MP camera at the back, it gives a battery time upto 10 hours while you watch movies and listen to your favorite music.
All the speculation is laid to rest now by the announcement of this gadgets unveiling in California. Apple is pretty much confident that its sales would be in profit this year while looking at the on-going plan to launch a 4G version of its elder cousin – the original iPad.
